Exactly what you would expect from Costco... I dropped my wife car in for a new set of tires. Firstly as you would expect the price was the best of anyone around especially considering the aftercare you continue to receive for the life of the tire. Front desk was polite and informative, the tech that spoke with me after the installation was competent and professional. As a mechanic myself I'm hesitant when I have others work on our cars but as I walked past the bay where my car was being worked on the technician was cleaning the mating surface with a wire brush where there was the typical rust build up on the disc occurs and then a further cleaning to finish. The wheels they worked on have a polished black finish and apart from a little bit of soap from installation they were not scratched or marked. Once I got home I checked the lug nuts to see if they had been put on with a gun and over torqued, nope, they were set to manufacture specs. I really wish Costco offered alignment services in house, maybe one day. Thank you Costco!

Purchased tires through the Costco website. When the tires arrived, I was notified via e-mail, and able to schedule an appointment same day. Arrived at the tire center (inside the store now!) and was told it would be about an hour fifteen to get the tires installed. Came back in roughly that amount of time, and the car was just being pulled out of the garage. Friendly/professional service. Would be nice to have a waiting area, but the food court + normal Costco shopping made the time well spent.

Absolutely fantastic service! I rolled in looking like a PTA mom, and left looking like Curtis Jackson (50 Cent) before declaring bankruptcy. They were helpful and patient despite me showing up with new rims and incorrect lug nuts. Jose runs the tire center remarkably well and his techs are extremely professional. No install fees, great warranty, free rotations and balancing, and flat repair! I'm sold on the Costco tire center.

This was an unpleasant and frustrating experience to say the least. Made two appointments about a week apart for our cars. Got the first one switched over in about four hours. Get home and realized they only put three tires back in the car. Called and waited on the phone trying to get through for 30 minutes. I got ahold of someone and they did find the forgotten tire. Drove back over the next day and waited some more for them to find the tire and bring it out. Brought our other vehicle in the following week. Change over went fine and took about three hours. When I picked up the car the person said we were good because they forgot the tire last time and we had to come back to grab it. Thanked them and got the car and left. Three weeks later they call and say we have an unpaid invoice. I go in and explain what happened. The person at the desk goes and talks to some people to see if they remember me as there weren’t any notes. He comes back and tells me they don’t remember me (also the people he talked to was not the lady who helped me previously) and I have to pay. Why would two random employees remember one customer from almost a month ago? I say fine I’ll pay even though I was

Man, these guys were BUSY. Got a very solid discount on an early winter tire exchange (only $20 out the door) which I was very happy with. Despite how swamped they were, desk help was very professional and friendly. I had mentioned that my girlfriend’s TPMS light was on after a winter exchange done at another shop. They were able to find the issue and fix it within 5 minutes (at NO CHARGE!!) Very solid team of guys at the Costco tire center, had a great experience despite how busy they were.
